The good news continues for people with disabilities in Delaware as the state's #ABLEAct bill (HB 60) passed committee today. The vote is next!!! ♡
321foundation families were present for both Disability Day at Legislative Hall and the Finance Committee hearing where Amy Kosmalski spoke on the House floor about how the ABLE Act will improve people's lives. Her daughter, Kayla, asked for the vote and delcared it released from committee!
