Delaware's ABLE Act advances to Senate committee

Tomorrow's a big day for ‪#‎Delaware‬ residents with disabilities! Delaware's version of the ABLE Act - HB 60 (AKA Kayla's Bill) goes before a State Senate committee where they will decide to take it to the floor for a vote.
If you'd like to attend tomorrow's hearing in person with other of 321foundation families please join us in Dover at Legislative Hall at 2PM. Get there early, and bring your ID to get in the building.
The bill was passed unanimously in Delaware's House last March and after the Senate committee agrees to move forward with the bill tomorrow then a Senate vote would be in the near future. After it passes in the Senate, the Governor would then sign it into law.
We will keep you updated with details as they happen. ♡
