About 321foundation

321foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower all people with Down syndrome and other disabilities through advocacy, education, and support.

Created in 2014 by nine families that have children with Down syndrome, the 321foundation seeks to provide the entire community with information and education to broaden awareness and foster positive attitudes regarding people with Down syndrome and others with different abilities.

We are constantly looking for new board members and new activities. If you are interested in participating in 321foundation meetings, joining our board, or hosting an event please let us know.
